The 2022 Spring Masters Rowing program is your chance to get in the best shape in years. No experience necessary. Make this the highlight of your Spring for less than $11 a training session! We train Tuesday and Thursday evenings (6:15pm-7:30pm) and Saturday mornings (7:30am-9am).
Where & When: Session starts on Saturday February 26 at Oak Hollow Lake (weather permitting) at 7:30am. 3700 Waterview Road, High Point.
We are indoors Tuesday and Thursday evenings on rowing machines at 124C Wade Street, Jamestown from March 1 – 12 and rowing will be on the water at Oak Hollow Lake from March 15 – April 21.
All Saturday mornings are on the water at Oak Hollow Lake.
No partial refund for missed sessions for any reason. Practices will move indoors in the event of inclement weather. Check with your corporate wellness program for full or partial reimbursement.
